Report an Incident

    CBC is committed to providing a safe and accepting environment for all of the club members. Please use this form to report incidents that do not help us in our mission. Anonymous reporting is allowed, however the more information we receive, the better we will be able to deal with the incident and prevent it from happening in the future.
