Log On
If you already have an ICREW account from previous seasons, simply logon and add yourself to the "team" on your ICREW page you'll be participating in this season.  The corresponding fees and practice information will then appear on your profile page.
ICREW profiles should be made using the rower's name! This way, athlete practice attendance does not include random parent names!

Email Addresses -  please use parent/guardian email (whoever will be responsible for forms and fees). You can add additional email addresses (rower, additional gaurdian) by opening your profile and adding them under "Alternate email address"

ADDITIONAL FORMS
Completed forms and any questions about forms can be emailed to club registrar Eliza Brown  ([email protected])

USRowing Membership
All program participants must be members of USRowing (required for insurance purposes, and for most regattas we attend). Rowers on a Youth or Masters teamwill need to set-up/renew a Basic Membership, which costs $25/year. People signing up for one or more Learn to Row sessions over the summer can sign up for the Learn to Row Membership, which costs $10 for 60 days. Since this membership is only valid for 60 days, please register a few days before your class begins so that your membership does not expire before your class ends.
  1. Go to https://membership.usrowing.org/
  2. On the left under “Individuals”, select “Join” (if you have had a membership in the past and just need to renew, select “Members” and then “Renew/Upgrade”).
  3. Fill out your personal information.  For “Club or Team Name” begin typing “Cascadilla Boat Club" and you should see our club pop up.
  4. Our club code is TCW9S.  Click “Submit."
  5. Select the your membership level, Basic or Learn to Row (or other membership type if you choose).  Click “Submit."
  6. Fill out the remaining information to complete your profile and make your payment.

Swim Form
All rowers and club members are required to have a  Swim Test Form on file.  Please email completed forms as a jpg or pdf to [email protected]
*Youth rowers may either perform a new test monitored by a lifeguard (lifeguards at local pools e.g. island, YMCA, can conduct test and sign form) OR may submit alternate proof of swimming ability, or signature of a current/former swim coach.
*Adult members may attest to swimming ability on section B of form, in lieu of taking a new test.
*Swim tests are valid for your entire career

Heath History Form (Youth Rowers only)
This should be completed/updated every year: Health History Form. Please email completed forms as a jpg or pdf to [email protected]
