Becky
I am the former head coach of women’s rowing at Ithaca College, a role I enjoyed for 30 years. My passion for developing student-athletes and building a winning culture was a driving force that led to sustained program excellence.

My coaching philosophy centers on teamwork, empowerment, and personal growth. I bring an energetic, caring attitude to every training session. Whether it's learning something new, refining advanced skills, or working on fitness and conditioning, my goal is to make training clear, positive, and engaging.

Becky is willing to coach 1-4 rowers at a time.

Drew
Drew has been involved with CBC in various ways throughout the years. He has been  a coach for varsity, novice, modified and masters, has served on the board, logged a term as Board President, and completed two separate stints as General Manager.

He began rowing as a walk on at Cornell in the fall of 2000,  where he was a 3 year letter winner on the lightweight squad. Post college he was a many time competitor at the Canadian Henley and Head of the Charles Regattas. He also coached and competed for Community Rowing Inc (CRI) in Boston, MA, where he lead the Let's Row Boston outreach team, was lead coach for Adult Sculling, and was an assistant for the nationally-competitive Junior Girls squad.
