Bus Transportation Information - Depart and Arrive Ithaca High School.

• Meet at IHS at TBA Saturday morning. We have arranged for 1 bus. The bus will depart IHS parking lot (by the tennis courts) no later than 9:00am.
• Buses will leave regatta site following trailer loading. Athletes will be dropped off at the IHS parking lot. While start times are listed, keep in mind that these may change during the course of the day.Parents will be called as we near Ithaca.

Cost, Waivers and Volunteers :

• Cost for each athete attending will be $60 (coxswains will have this fee waived). This is due by Friday May 4 at the end of practice.
• Waivers for all athletes attending must be completed and signed prior to racing. Please hand them in to the Head Coach no later than Sunday morning.

  • 4:15pm - Meet at boathouse to de-rig and load trailer.
• Saturday May 3, 2008
  • 8:45am - meet buses at IHS parking lot at 8:45.
  • 9:00am - buses leave for Brighton
  • 11:30am - coaches and coxswain meeting
  • 11:45am first races called to the water
  • no time for last race of the day. Once the trailer is loading and the site packed away, we will leave. Two hours later we should be back in Ithaca.

• Races in GREEN have at least one CBC boat racing.
