Bus Transportation Information - Depart and Arrive Ithaca High School.

• Meet at IHS for 4:00 Saturday morning. We have arranged for two 14 passenger vans. The vans will depart IHS parking lot no later than 4:15.
• Vans will leave regatta site following trailer loading. Athletes will be dropped off at the IHS parking lot. While start times are listed, keep in mind that these may change during the course of the day.Parents will be called as we near Ithaca.

Cost, Waivers, and Volunteers:

• Cost for each athete attending will be $60 (coxswains will have this fee waived). This is due by Friday April 25 at the end of practice.
• Waivers for all athletes attending must be completed and signed prior to racing. Please hand them in to the Head Coach no later than Friday after practice.

Race Schedule: as of 4/24/08 - this schedule is subject to change.

• Friday April 25, 2008
  • 6:00am - De-rig boats and load trailer.
• Saturday April 26, 2008
  • 4:00am - Meet at Ithaca High School parking lot.
  • 4:15am - Buses leave.
  • 8:00am - Coaches and coxswains meeting.
  • 8:30am - First boats launch
  • 8:45 am - Races begin
  • 11:00am - Last race
  • 12:00pm - Load trailer, pack up site, and return to Ithaca
