Juniors Program Registration
Please submit all forms prior to first day of practice to the Registrar. You can submit electronically signed copies to our registrar, and turn in paper copies of forms to the lead coach on the first day of practice or to the registrar at the Parent’s Meeting.

FORMS REQUIRED:
Electronic Signature/Copy accepted:
- US ROWING Waiver (required of all participants in any CBC program)
- You will need a Basic Membership, $9.75/year. This is required for all club participants. It is also required for most of the regattas we attend.
To set up your US Rowing membership and submit your waiver, go to the USRowing Website
Instructions for the USRowing Website: - On the left under “Individuals”, select “Join”.
- If you have had a membership in the past and just need to renew, select “Members” and then “Renew/Upgrade”.
- Fill out your personal information.
- For “Club or Team Name” begin typing “Cascadilla Boat Club" and you should see our club pop up.
- You will be prompted for a code.
- Our club code is TCW9S.
- Click “Submit”.
- Select the Basic Membership (or your desired USRowing membership type).
- Click “Submit”.
- Fill out the remaining information to complete your profile and make your payment.
- After creating a new membership you should be prompted to submit your USRowing waiver. If you do not see this option or are completing the waiver at a later time, return to the USRowing Website and under “Individuals” select “Members” and then select “Sign Waiver”.

- Athlete Code of Conduct Form (must be downloaded and signed) This is a Google Form. Please read, sign, and send.
- Competitive Scholastic Team Policies (must be downloaded and signed) This is a Google Form. Please read, sign, and send.
Print/Paper Copy required:
- Athletic Health History Form (must be downloaded and signed)
- Swim Test Form (must be downloaded and signed)
Refund Policy - There will be no refunds unless an illness or injury occurs within the first two weeks of the season. Refunds must be promptly requested by contacting the Scholastic Treasurer. A $20 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds will be considered for Learn to Row or Summer Camps or for early withdrawals prior to the start of a program.
