Winter 2025-56 has two options
Option 1 Winter training full season
Option 2 TANKS only season
In the fall, we train from late August through early November for head race style events and usually go to the Head of the Genesee and the Head of the Fish regattas.
In the winter, we work on fitness and strength, utilizing ergs, weights, the Cornell tanks, and lots of body-weight mobility exercises.
In the spring, we get on the water in late March and compete at the Pittsford regatta over Memorial Day Weekend.
In the summer, we continue on the progress made over the year and take advantage of the warm weather to get a lot of work done in small boats. We don't have a regular regatta that we attend but our team is ever evolving!
