Intensive Tech

Summer 2026
This session is geared toward rising 1st and 2nd year varsity athletes. Do you want to get a jump start on honing your stroke before you move up to varsity? Do you want to make a statement on the water, and show that you aren’t just a member of the varsity team, but an active contributor to boat speed? Do you feel like you aren’t getting the most out of your effort behind the oar? Do you want an opportunity to practice your non-dominant side? This is your chance to receive focused attention on form through extensive skill & drill work.

We will meet four days a week for 2.5 hour sessions where you will learn the key concepts behind being a boatmover. Each session will involve a brief land-based discussion, often with diagrams, with the majority of our time together spent on the water. Sessions will be largely technically focused but will involve the application of concepts via some hard, fun piecework.

This program does require coxswains! Continue to hone your on-the-water skills (steering, boat handling, technical calls, etc).

Learn, apply, accelerate, excel!

Dates: June 29 - August 6
Sessions: Mon-Thurs, 8:30 - 11am
Cost: $475
